Corrosion protection
GEOMET® 360 has been specially formulated to protect brake discs and drums against corrosion. Its nominal thickness can be adjusted (from 5 to 20 µm and from 1 to 2 layers) to meet the expected performance.
Coating brake discs and drums offers multiple advantages such as easier maintenance and better heat exchange during braking for ventilated discs.

APPLICATION
Processes
GEOMET® 360 is applied by a spray process and cured by convection or induction. Its thickness can be specified according to the area (functional or non-functional) and geometry (sharp edges, etc.).

Waterborne zinc flake
GEOMET® 360 is a patented technology composed of passivated zinc and aluminum flakes in a binder. It has been developed to comply with the highest industrial requirements and regulations regarding environment, health and safety. It is water-based, chrome-free and nonylphenol-free.
