Designed to perform at low thicknesses, our topcoat technologies are formulated to offer many functionalities: controlled friction, chemical resistance, increased corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, color, etc. They are the result of our chemists’ know-how and experience in selecting and combining the most adapted resins, lubricants, additives and pigments.

  • PLUS®
    GEOMETPLUS®

    PLUS® are water-based topcoats with a silicate resin. This type of resin increases the corrosion protection of the parts, including bimetallic corrosion.

    Formulated with lubricants, some PLUS® topcoats offer outstanding tribological properties on different bearing materials, especially for threaded fasteners (no stick-slip effect, stability under multi-tightening, stability under high-speed tightening).

  • COLORKOTE®

    COLORKOTE® are water-based inorganic sealants, specially formulated for parts already coated with GEOMET®.

    COLORKOTE® gives the coating a decorative finish, and is available in the following colors:

    COLORKOTE® BLUE
    COLORKOTE® GREEN-S
    COLORKOTE® GREEN
    COLORKOTE® GOLD
    COLORKOTE® RED

  • TOPSEAL®

    TOPSEAL® are water-based inorganic sealants, specially formulated for parts already coated with an Electrolytic process.

    TOPSEAL® INCOLOR: forms a film with a very low layer thickness which gives the following characteristics to the coating:

    • Significant increase in corrosion resistance;
    • Does not change the brightness of Electrolytic Processes.

    TOPSEAL® BLACK: forms a thin layer film which gives the following characteristics to the coating:

    • Significant increase in corrosion resistance;
    • Uniform black finish;
    • Brightness increase.

  • ZINCROSEAL®

    ZINCROSEAL® is an inorganic water-based sealant, specially formulated for parts already coated with an Electrolytic process.

    ZINCROSEAL® forms a thin layer film which gives the following characteristics to the coating:

    • Consistent Coefficient of Friction values;
    • Significantly increased corrosion resistance.

    High degree of substrate protection and low coefficient of friction.

  • ANTICORROSIVE SEALANT

    COLORLESS ANTICORROSIVE SEALANT A1 is an inorganic sealant in water- based, specially formulated for parts already coated with electrolytic process.

    Forms a colorless film with low layer thickness, a low and consistent coefficient of friction and high grade of protection to the substrate.
