Overview

Aerosol zinc flake coating used in many industries (Wind Power, Railway, Automotive, etc…) for touch-up or repairs on slightly corroded areas which can be spotted during maintenance operation. Reparation of rusted areas can be done without disassembly the concerned component and doesn't need any curing.

Instructions

• Remove rust before application with a metallic brush or equivalent.

• Ensure that the surface to coat is perfectly clean and dry.

• Shake the spray can until you heard the beads (minimum 30 sec).

• Spray in smooth strokes, at a distance of approx. 20-30 cm, all along the area to repair.

• Allow to dry for minimum 10 minutes at room temperature (15-25°C).

Storage and safety

Protect the can from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C / 122°F.

Spray for repair touch up is chrome free and has a max VOC of 840g/L according to 2004/42/IIB(e).
