We are thrilled to welcome Pascal Poschmann as Senior Key Account & Business Development Manager in our German office.

Pascal brings strong experience in different solutions for surface technologies and treatments for automotive, fasteners and further industries, with deep insight into market dynamics and customer needs across Europe. With a background in business economics and deep expertise in standards, norms and automotive parts including fasteners, Pascal has developed a strong understanding of the market and its key stakeholders. Combining strategic vision and innovation with a hands-on approach, he is ready to support business growth and tackle key industry challenges such as automotive transformation, electromobility, PFAS-free regulations, and CO₂ reduction across the supply chain.
