Quality starts long before the parts reach the assembly line.

This week, a worldwide team of Supplier Quality Engineers from VOLVO GROUP, spent two days with us at our C120 Training Center in Creil, France.

What was the objective?

To strengthen the team’s expertise in GEOMET® Zinc Flake Coating Technology, enabling them to confidently specify, monitor, and control coating performance across the entire value chain.

On the agenda:

✅ Fundamentals of corrosion mechanisms and protection principles.

✅ In-depth understanding of GEOMET® basecoat and topcoat chemistries.

✅ Best practices for the application of zinc flake coating technologies.

✅ Inspection and quality assessment of coated parts to ensure compliance with performance and quality standards.

When OEMs, GEOMET® applicators and NOF METAL COATINGS GROUP share the same knowledge and work together at every step of the supply chain, coating performance becomes more consistent and reliable.
