GEOMET® – Proven Corrosion Protection at Minimal Thickness.
GEOMET® is a water-based, non-electrolytic zinc flake coating designed to protect metal parts with low thickness and long durability. It consists of passivated zinc and aluminum flakes in an organo-mineral binder.
- Thin but tough: Protection at just 6–15 µm, applied in 1 to 3 layers
- Optimized flake geometry allows higher protection with less material
- Barrier effect to isolate the metal from corrosive environment
- Sacrificial protection to protect steel substrate
- Self-healing properties protect even after stone chipping or minor mechanical damage

PLUS® Series – PFAS-Free Topcoats with Premium Friction Control.
Our PFAS-free PLUS® topcoats are engineered for performance and sustainability. Applied over GEOMET® basecoats, they meet all major OEM requirements while delivering exceptional tribological properties:

- PLUS® ML 2 Silver / PLUS® ML 2 Black : COF 0.10 – 0.16
